$15 | Duck Wontons - 5 Duck bacon, sweet corn, and cream cheese wontons. Served with homemade wonton sauce. “Often imitated never duplicated”

 

$17 | Wings - 1lb house smoked then fried wings. Choice of BBQ, Buffalo, Hot Garlic, Korean BBQ, Zesty Vinegar, Cajun dry rub, or House dry rub. Boneless Wings $14

$15 Nachos- House fried seasoned tortilla chips, zesty queso, pico de gallo, pickled onions, guacamole, fire roasted salsa, Choice of Chicken, Smoked pork, or ground beef. Add smoked brisket $3

 

$11 | Toasted Raviolis - Fried 3-cheese blend. Served with homemade marinara. 

 

$16 | Hummus Platter - Hot pita bread, homemade red pepper hummus, spicy garlic hummus, green peppers, carrots, red onion, bean sprouts, pepperoncini, tomatoes, and Kalamata olives.

 

$15 | Lettuce Wraps - Romaine lettuce, green peppers, green onions, carrots, red onion, radish, bean sprouts. Choice of Korean beef, smoked pork, chicken, or portabella mushroom.

 

$11 | Fried Avocado - Drizzled with spicy aioli and served with sweet chili sauce.

 

$14 | Thai Shrimp - 6 breaded and fried shrimp tossed in spicy Thai sauce.

 

$11 | Garlic cheese curds - Garlic cheese curds served with homemade ranch.

 

$9 | Chips, Salsa & Guac - House fried chips, homemade salsa and guacamole.

SALADS

Choice of Ranch, French, Blue Cheese, Italian, Caesar, 1000 Island, Honey Mustard, & Balsamic dressing.

$16 | Black ‘n blue - 4 oz sirloin, spring mix, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, blue cheese crumbles, and croutons.

 

$15 | Caesar- Romaine, Parmesan, Kalamata olives, Chicken, and croutons.

$16 | Reuben - House smoked corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss and 1000 island served on Marble rye bread.

 

$18 | Salmon Blt - Salmon, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and lemon basil aioli served on a ciabatta bun.

THE BURGERS!

All burgers are a blend of steak, brisket, & chuck, never frozen. Smash Burgers and Juicy Lucys will always be made medium well. All smash burgers are started with thinly sliced onions. If you don’t like onions just let us know.

Chips or Fries included. Sweet potato fries add $2. Onion rings add $2.50.

Make it a double add $3.50. Juicy Lucy add $4

$16 | John Candied Bacon Burger - ¼ lb smashed butter burger, double cheese, candied bacon, garlic cheese curds, and homemade special sauce served on a toasted bun.

 

$12 | Hotel California - ¼ lb smashed butter burger, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and mayo served on a toasted bun.

 

$15 | “You’re my Boy Blue”- ¼ lb smashed butter burger, Blue Cheese, bacon, and pickles served on a toasted bun.

 

$17 | Smoke on the Water - ¼ lb smashed butter burger, cheese, smoked pork, smoked brisket, and smoked BBQ sauce served on a toasted bun.

ENTREES

$19 | Chicken Parm - Hand-breaded fried chicken breast topped with homemade marinara sauce and melted Mozzarella Cheese. Served with buttered noodles & garlic toast.

 

$18 | Mac and Cheese - Cavatappi noodles tossed with homemade cheese sauce, smoked pork or chicken and served with garlic toast.

 

$22 | Seared Ahi - Seared sushi-grade tuna, served over riced cauliflower and grilled veggie mix, drizzled with a hoisin sauce. Served with a side of garlic toast.

 

$23 | Flat iron steak - 8 oz marinated flat iron steak, vegetable du jour, homemade mashed potatoes. Served with a side salad and garlic toast.

 

$24 | Braised beef ravioli - Braised beef raviolis served in a sherry cream sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese. Served with a side salad and garlic toast.
